Rachel Phillipps
It was thirty years ago that Rachel began her insurance career. She has experience and handles both personal and commercial insurances.
She moved to Toledo 29 years ago, has been involved and supports her community. In 2001, she earned her Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) designation.
In March 2004, Rachel Phillipps took a leap of faith and opened Phillipps Insurance Group. She became a member of the South Lewis County Chamber of Commerce and Toledo Lioness Club, which she also served as President for several years. She has been married for 36 years, has three wonderful boys, and a granddaughter that stole her heart.
Jamie Umbriaco
As an Agent at Phillipps Insurance Group, Jamie is focused and committed on representing her clients. She is educated in Personal Insurance, and is very passionate about helping people in the community. She believes it is her responsibility as an agent to guide each of her customers through their questions, and provide the products with knowledge that she can serve them best. As an agent, Jamie will advocate for you and take the trust you have in her seriously.
Jamie lives here in Toledo, and has been married 21 years to Daniel. She is inspired daily by her husband and their two children, Aidan and Abby. In her free time, Jamie enjoys playing volleyball, going for walks, biking, riding jet skis and watching her kids play sports.
